Terms and Conditions

1. General introduction and area of applicability
1.1. The following Terms and Conditions of “TaxiTransfers.Me” apply to all contracts and services between TaxiTransfers.Me and their clients. Conflicting terms and conditions of customers are herewith expressly contradicted. Customer’s conflicting terms and conditions shall be considered as non-binding unless expressly recognized as binding in writing by TaxiTransfers.Me. These terms and conditions shall also serve as the basis for all future services and deliveries, even if inclusion of these terms and conditions is not expressly agreed therein.

1.2. TaxiTransfers.Me acts solely as a transfer broker and forwards the clients’ requests to selected local transfer suppliers. The Transport Provider is responsible for providing its transport services to you and/or any passengers that are part of your booking When making a booking, the clients’ transfer requests are immediately relayed to several local transfer suppliers as non-binding quotation requests. As a result, you will receive non-binding quotations from 1 or several local transfer suppliers.

1.3. The contract yielding the actual transfer service is finally made exclusively between the client and the local transfer supplier. TaxiTransfers.Me do not execute any transfers themselves, or for other companies.

1.4. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions when you accept a quotation or from the date of any performance of the Services (whichever happens earlier) and these Terms and Conditions and the Contract are the entire agreement between us.

1.5. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on our behalf. These Conditions apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms that you try to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by custom, practice or course of dealing.

2. Content of contract
2.1. The content of the accepted transfer contract between the local transfer supplier and the customer (route, date, pick-up time, number of passengers and transfer cost) are taken from the details in the binding reservation confirmation provided by the transfer supplier. Additional requests and/or information, such as, meeting points are also to be confirmed directly to the client by the appointed transfer supplier.

3. Liability
3.1. TaxiTransfers.Me acts as agent for the local transfer suppliers with whom you may choose to make your booking. We do not accept responsibility for the actual provision of the Services.

3.2. The information displayed on our website, concerning the local transfer suppliers and their services, including pricing, vehicle type, availability, and any terms and conditions applying to the offered Services, including the transfer, is provided to us by the relevant local transfer supplier or their agents (other than us). We are not responsible for such information and we rely on the accuracy of the information provided to us by the relevant local transfer suppliers.

3.3. TaxiTransfers.Me (including our employees) takes no responsibility for the acts or omissions of, or for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with any booking made with a local transfer supplier or for any loss or damage caused by a local transfer supplier or its drivers.

3.4. We are not liable (whether caused by the local transfer suppliers) in connection with the provision of the Services or the performance of any of our other obligations under these Terms and Conditions or the quotation for:

1. any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses or;
2. any loss of profits; loss of anticipated profits; loss of business; loss of data; loss of reputation or goodwill; business interruption; or, other third party claims; or
3. any failure to perform any of our obligations if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control

3.5. The liability for costs associated with missed connections, especially with air or train travel and suchlike is excluded.

3.6. We don't settle for liability for any loss or injury that you suffer as results of using this website.

3.7. Neither of us is liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.

4. Termination
4.1. While we have a tendency to do take bound measures with the aim of aiding our Users to avoid doubtless dishonest or alternative criminal activity of that we become aware, we assume no liability or obligation to take any such measures or actions.

4.2. We may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, permanently suspend or terminate your right to use this website if you:

a) Substantially breach any of these Terms and conditions;

b) Infringe or violate or attempt to infringe or violate any rights of any other user(s) of this website and/or third parties in connection with this website; or

c) If you are using this website to commit or attempt to commit a criminal offence.

5. Your obligations
5.1. You must obtain any permissions, consents, licenses or otherwise that we need and must give us with access to any and all relevant information and any other matters which local transfer suppliers need to provide the Services.

5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details entered when you make a booking are accurate. Neither we nor the local transfer supplier is responsible if you have not provided correct information regarding your trip.

5.3. If you do not comply with clause 5.1, we can terminate the Services.

5.4. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by one of local transfer suppliers, we welcome your feedback and suggestions.

5.5. In the event that you wish to report an issue about our online booking process, please contact our Support Service.

5.6. We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide the Services if this is caused by your failure to comply with the provisions of this section 

6. Disputes and Complaints
6.1. At the time of your trip, if you experience any problems in connection with the transport Services, you must contact your local transfer supplier.

7. Changes and Cancellation
7.1. If the customer would like to make changes to a transfer that has already been confirmed by the local transfer supplier, this can only be done by contacting the local transfer supplier directly.

7.2. Either we or you can cancel an order for any reason prior to your acceptance (or rejection) of the quotation.

7.3. We can cancel, withdraw or amend a quotation if it has not been accepted by you within a period of 2 days from the date of the quotation, (unless the quotation has been already rejected).

7.4. If you want to amend any details of the Services you must tell the local transfer supplier in writing as soon as possible. The local transfer suppliers will use reasonable endeavours to make any required changes and additional costs may apply.

8. No Waiver
8.1. No failure or delay on the part of TaxiTransfers.Me to exercise any right, power or remedy under this Agreement will operate as a waiver, nor will any single or partial exercise by TaxiTransfers.Me of any right, power or remedy.

9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by, and be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland
