Lisbon Portela Airport

The Lisbon Portela Airport is the main international gateway to Portugal. Being one of the largest airports in Southern Europe, the Lisbon Portela Airport has two main runways and continues to expand. It has encountered several recent changes due to the increase in passenger traffic. In order to handle the ever increasing passenger traffic, a second terminal was completed in 2007. New boarding gates, air bridges and parking positions were put in place as well to aid in achieving this end.
