Bremen Airport

Bremen Airport is the international airport of the city of Bremen. Based on the number of passengers, the airport is ranked twelfth in Germany in 2015, in terms of freight in fifteenth place. It is located 3.5 kilometers south of the city center in the district of Neuenland Bremer Neustadt. The extreme western part (about 600 m) including the end of the runway 27 is located in the area of Lower Saxony. Due to its proximity to the city center, it was marketed as "City Airport Bremen". Mainz Finthen Airport 

The Mainz-Finthen airfield is a traffic landing place in the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital Mainz. Operator is the airfield Mainz Finthen GmbH on behalf of the former operator, the aviation club Mainz. The airfield was operated in the period from 1993 to 1 August 2008 by a non-profit organization. 200 m away from the airport is the stop Layenhof of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbundes. Access by motor vehicles is only permitted via the Layenhof. Through the airfield runs on the northeastern edge of a private bike path between the Layenhof, the Ober-Olmer forest and Finthen, which may be used during operating hours. The nearest motorway junction is Mainz-Finthen the Federal Highway 60.
